Some of ye may remember i was planning on heading to Madrid af ew weeks back, well I quit my job and I'm here now with a few days and have been e-mailing c.v.'s left right and centre.
Do you think it would be better to phone the schools first or e-mail them and then phone them a few days later if i haven't heard back?
I was thinking of going door to door but in reality that would be awfully time consuming, tiring and expensive as Madrid is a little bigger than I imagined.
If anyone has any tips on finding a job i'd appreciate them. |

Do you have a Spanish phone number? Wait til the middle of next week and you should hear something back. |

A lot of schools take their time to line up teachers with work: the season's just getting started - enjoy the nice weather, look for somewhere to live and don't worry - hang in there - as Mozzar said, the work will come.
