|
|
I am from the UK and currently applying for a VN work permit. I have made an online payment to have ONE document authenticated by the UK government legalisation service, and am beginning to have second thoughts as to which document to send; my one-page, very grand-looking A3-sized "certificate" or "diploma", or my 7-page, A4-sized "transcript" which gives much more information but looks far less grand and would be far easier to forge.
I already have the 7-page transcript notarized, but can easily get the certificate done as well.
In short, has anyone succesfully applied for a WP with their multiple-page transcript, or does one need to use the certificate?
Any replies greatly appreciated, especially fast ones as I'd live to get this sent off before the weekend. |

Seriously, you should ask someone in admin at your school that is responsible/in charge for this.
However some schools had admin/HR people that don't know.
But checking with them will ensure you get the right docs for first time. If....they know what they're doing, however. |

I hate to say this, but you better check on this.
Original, sealed transcripts, or copies? |

Notarized copy authenticated by the UK Government.
I trust the woman 95% as it is VUS that I work for and her sole job is to take care of work permits and visas. I asked her if she wanted me to get the certificate notarized/legalized as well (now that I am back in the UK anyway) and she categorically said that no, I can use the transcript, as long as -like any degree document- it is notarized/legalized. |
