| Are most jobs in institutions allthe same as in working conditions such as time ad=nd class size and treatment of foreign workers or are some better and how do you chose the better gigs before signing on first. Thanks |

Are you looking for an academy? Then ask to speak to a couple of the FTs that work there (assuming you are applying from abroad.)
As long as you have a degree there is no shortage of employment.
If you have a degree and TESOL cert then it is even easier.
Degree and CELTA = pick and choose.
B.Ed / PGCE then the country is your oyster.
IF you do NOT have a degree then it is an uphill battle (usually working illegally on a tourist visa) and will be hit and miss and very hard to find employment with a "B" visa and work permit.
