I asked this question before but got no answer

So here it is again, When dressing for an interview and or when teaching in a classroom what kind of attire is acceptable. Slacks and a button up with or without a tie? Trying to figure out what clothes to bring so any help would be great.

I'm not in Colombia yet, but my friend has told me that for a dress code, many schools only don't want you wearing jeans. So I think it's mostly rather relaxed as far as dress goes, but I'd always err on the side of caution and probably go with a sport coat, khakis and a nice shirt with a tie.

Your qualifications are most important.

Business casual and you should be fine. No tie needed, but you probably shouldn't wear jeans.

I've never heard anyone not getting hired because they dressed too neat. As someone who has hired before, always where a suit. Why take the chance if you really want the job?

If you're a girl, expose as much cleavage as possible. Colombian employers definitely like this, and it will nearly always improve your chances.
