I have been working for this company since June, teaching KET and PET classes. The company is pretty good overall. However, I became ill and had to seek urgent advice and help from my Dr. MOD EDIT

What he doesn't realise is he has upset a lot of people doing this since it is
immoral and I have had to go round asking for my pay and even upsetting people because they don't want to pay it. Had he told the truth and come to an amicable agreement that the company must have a teacher and it would be better to give me notice, people wouldn't be upset with him. The company actually owe me one month's notice which they've failed to pay. I don't think they were even go to pay me for the work done until I kicked up a fuss.

MOD EDIT Usually he is, but for some reason he doesn't respect his employees and doesn't pay them their contracted notice or get the company to anyway. He basically doesn't care. I'd still like to have my notice paid and pick up the pieces he has caused me and the company.
