I have an interview with EF English First and am wondering if anyone has worked or is currently working for them, who can tell me a little about the schools. Also, what is their interview process like? What sort of questions should I expect? I've interviewed with schools in Russia before that asked a lot of grammar questions. Should I bone up on my grammar knowledge beforehand?

Thanks!

Had an interview with 'em once years ago. Total joke. A jumped up little admin girl who thought she could browbeat me into signing a rubbish contract without answering any questions. No grammar questions though. But given she hadn't even read my CV, this didn't surprise. Don't worry about this interview. You've already got the job. The question really is, do you want it....

I did some freelance work for them back in 2002-3 and my interview consisted of being asked what days and hours I was available. I have to admit that they treated me very well and I never had pay issues with them.

A lot depends on which school you work for and who the management team are. To say all EF schools are the same is just wrong. Which school is it?
