Do you guys happen to know if Ozyegin has the same salary scale for Turkish and foreign instructors? In certain Middle Eastern countries, non-native speaker teachers, or local hires often get lower remuneration packages than their native-speaker or foreign-recruited colleagues. Is this a common practice at Ozyegin or other Turkish private universities as well?

Same scale. Not common in Turkey, but some of the more progressive universities operate this way. Ozyeğin happens to be one. |
