Do you guys happen to know if Ozyegin has the same salary scale for Turkish and foreign instructors? In certain Middle Eastern countries, non-native speaker teachers, or local hires often get lower remuneration packages than their native-speaker or foreign-recruited colleagues. Is this a common practice at Ozyegin or other Turkish private universities as well?

| Same scale. Not common in Turkey, but some of the more progressive universities operate this way. Ozyeğin happens to be one. |
