...The General Institute for Vocational and Technical Training held a celebration for graduating the first batch of the Preparation Program for scholars in the Custodian of the Holy Mosques Program for external scholarships to prepare technical trainers. It was held at Al-jazeera International Academy in Riyadh. It was attended by Dr Saleh Ben Abdel-Rahman Al-Amr, the vice-governor for planning and development, the general supervisor of the Custodian of the Holy Mosques Program, representing the Institute Governor.

Engineer Abdel-Aziz Mohammad Al-Awad, the General Manager of the Academy, assured the punctuality of the trainees, pointing out that scholars completed five approaches sufficiently preparing them to set off in the stage of completing their study abroad.

Perhaps its motto should be - You tried others first; now try the worst.
