I have a Trinity TESOL cert and have two years experience in Korea and the UK. I'm currently completing a masters in an unrelated field - International Relations. Though I'm starting to realise that I miss teaching.
I was wondering if there was any benefit of getting a Delta/Trinity dip for help with getting a management position somewhere? Whilst I do like teaching I'd definitely like to get involved in more admin work for my next position.
I wouldn't be too keen to start another masters ( for a good few years at least) yet so that's why I'm looking to do a distance diploma in the future. |

I honestly thought that the DELTA was more classroom geared and that courses like the IDLTM were more geared towards admin. A Master couldn't hurt either.
I'm doing the MPET through Deakin Uni. It's the master of professional education and training and is for many things, admin one of them. I'd like to someday do the IDLTM as well. |

Just had a quick look and it does look to be more of what I'm looking for, cheers!
It would be nice to hear peoples opinion the course as to whether it's helped them. |
