I'm about to sign my second contract with another school but I am already in China and I am not planning to leave once the next contract is finished.
What should I expect as far as "flight reimbursement" ? |

Whatever the agreed sum of money that is in your contract - for example my contract states 9000 rmb and when I resigned last year that's what I got even though I never left to go home.
I leave at the end of this term and as I have done another year ( two years total) that's what I will receive again.
Some people have agreed less in their contracts and some have agreed more. I've heard of some teachers getting 5000 and some getting 10,000+. |

My first school just paid me an 'airfare compensation' that consisted of them giving me a bunch of money in addition to my usual salary after a certain period. At my current school, I must actually provide a receipt and proof of my plane ticket to get the compensation. However, my first school only gave me 7k. My school right now will compensate up to 12k, which will actually cover a round trip ticket to where I am from (Texas). |

You should get the sum agreed upon in the contract |
