Why isn't there a good international school in Tagaytay?

There are many nice places in the Philippines...

Baguio. The climate is cool during the summertime and it is a favorite tourist destination among natives and foreigners.

Ilocos Norte. There are several beautiful beaches there. Pagudpud is one such beach. And there is another beach with majestic windmills.

Laguna. A province with two popular attractions: Villa Escudero Resort in San Pablo and Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa.

There are other nice places in the Philippines too numerous to list here.

Why not find out if these nice places have English schools?
