Rather than go through a recruiter again, I'm trying to figure out how to contact Universities directly to check for vacancies starting in February. I've checked a few recruiter sites listing vacancies for Feb 2011, and I've tracked down their names through some google searches.

However, I'm at a bit of a loss what to do next. I understand that I need to find the relevant office (Fao) or department, and while most of these sites have English version websites, there doesn't appear to be much in the way of contact details (particularly email addresses).

I must admit I'm getting a wee bit frustrated. I know that they are (or will be) looking for staff, but I seriously want to avoid the recruiters considering the lies I had to suffer the last time.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? If an example is needed, I've been trying to track Shaanxi Normal University in Xi'an.

I realise for many of you this is second nature, but my Chinese is pretty much non-existent, and google translate only goes so far.
