| Hey, I've got a friend in Thailand who landed a job with a Korean school. Is it possible for her to get an e-2 teaching visa in Thailand? |

1st E2 = maybe (depends on the consular interview requirement and if she is a resident ("B" or "O" visa) here or not).
-if resident then yes.
-if tourist then no.
2nd or later = yes. |

Thanks for your reply. I just want to make sure that I understand everything.
She is in Thailand on a tourist visa but she has had an E-2 visa before. Because she has had one before can she get another e-2 visa despite being a tourist? |
