I am thinking of working in one these places. Which are the best schools in each country to send my resume off to ? |

Depends on what your qualifications are.
Non-related bachelors degree and TESOL cert then Shanghai.
Teacher certifications and licensing from your home country = Taiwan.
No degree = you can't legally work in either one of them.

interesting i have the CELTA and a BA in nothing to do with teaching.
Years of teaching in Japan though. |

In Taiwan you need a teacher's license to get into a decent job in a school.
With a BA and CELTA you can work in a language academy.
In Shanghai you can do both.
