I'm going to be sending some Christmas gifts back home in a few days.
But I heard somewhere that USPS is currently rejecting any packages that are deemed "too big" (over 16 oz. maybe...) from foreign countries. Only those who have an agreement with USPS (businesses/big corporations) can send anything big.
That's what I've heard anyways. I can't remember my source. I just remember it relates to some sort of bomb scare and that's why this silly thing is happening. They say you SHOULD be turned away by Japan Post if you can't send a package of that size.
I just don't want to send my gifts and have them come back to me. That's all really. So have any of you heard anything like this recently? |
