Hi all,
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but seeing as Shell schools are on a number of continents, I figured the 'General' forum was the best one for posting in.
I'm an Australian teacher (with dual citizenship with Britain) who has taught in State schools here for seven years across a broad range of learning areas and age groups. I've been looking at the prospect of teaching internationally and have been considering Shell schools. It appears that I've made it through the first round of (phone) interviews etc and am now in a 'pool'.
I'm wondering if anyone has any insight into what working conditions are like, salaries, hours and so on as I don't yet know those things. Some of the areas where the schools are are less than desirable (Port Harcourt in Nigeria...) but I'm still curious.
Thanks in advance
