|

Hello. I hope you can help me -- I'm planning on receiving my CELTA next month, and I want to begin teaching abroad next year.
I have a problem which I haven't been able to receive much help in answering: I have a pre-existing medical condition which requires medication (oral and intravenous) for maintenance. Will I be able to find a job that provides comprehensive medical insurance? Does socialized healthcare (in Europe) apply to teachers who are not citizens of the country?
I'm currently a Special Education Teacher in NYC, and I would love to live and teach abroad. I was most interested in Japan or Poland, but I really wouldn't rule out any location.
Any advice or guidance will be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Karen |

Most regulars frequent both the General and Newbie forums. I'd suggest you delete this duplicate - |

Sorry. I don't think I can delete this, though. |
