Are you talking about HCT Al Ain? I thought the acting Director was Tim (MOD edit).
When you say eng director, do you mean English or Engineering?

I wouldn't think it would be HCT as you don't apply direct to any branch. And it doesn't sound like UAEU either... where aps go to HR too.
Is it that Kaplan place? IAT? Something called Spectre has also be queried here.

30 contact hours?? The pay better be stupendous for that many hours. Not to mention that they refer to DLI materials and Headway. ...a fate worse than death...
