So Interlink requires 30 teaching hours a week for TVTC? Why? How do they find teachers willing to do that AND plan lessons? Their salary doesn't reflect that much work. Maybe that's why they are hiring all the time.
Most places are 25 max and over 25 would be overtime. |

Hi,
I am working for a TVTC college in Al Wajh through Mondragon and Wintech. Our hours are 25 and our base salary is 16,000 a month. May I ask what your contract is like?
7 of us have contracts that end in August so we are wondering what our contract for year two would look like if we want to renew. We won't see them until the first week of May.
