My "uni" has not given me the standard visa release letter, even after i finished my contract and received a glowing letter from this schools language department.
Some people here would feel better if i do not move forward. Maybe because they will be left behind.
If anyone wants a scan of my "glowing" letter, i can send it. send a pm.
anyway, china requires a "reference letter" and this school is trying is refuse.
what should i do? |

You should read the OTHER THREADS about this exact same question
What is the point of passing along a release letter to other people? It's not theirs. |

For the sake of this thread, the reference letter is a letter from your employer but it also may be the letter of the SAFEA. According to what I have just been told, and I haven't read the other threads on, there's a standard Foreign Experts Evaluation Form to be given on the end of your contract. If you have your standard SAFEA agreement or just the booklet, you may want to see to this. That's my suggestion.
As the OP, I am a bit worried about this as I am planning to seek some other options around, well on the end of June or so. So much mess has been created with this kind of request, or norm by authorities/employers, and some have little knowledge about what the letter is to look like or what is supposed to be in it. |
