Hi all

I've heard that the school year starts at the end of January, so I'm guessing that January is the best period to apply for jobs.
However, I probably won't be there at that point, so are there any other good times in the year to apply for positions?
What's the likelihood of landing a decent position in, say, March?
Are positions up for grabs year-round?

I'm thinking Bogota and other major cities.
