Hi there,
my primary question is listed in the title. Since I've read "teachers are leaving Shane in droves" and because they require a CELTA or TESOL certificate, there must be more work available for them than for the other schools. So hypothetically, how easy is it to get a job for them before leaving your home country?

I've added a poll to show the results graphically. (This poll assumes the applicant is young and has an optimistic and energetic attitude, has an unrelated degree, a CELTA or TESOL certificate but no previous work experience)
