| I am a newbie to the ESL world. I've just started the job search and noticed that some postings are requesting a copy of the information page from my passport as part of the application package. Is it okay to send passport information? |

| Yep, some people prefer to blacken out the number and other personal info. Basically the employer just wants to make sure that you have a passport from an English speaking country. |
