in Abu Dhabi ?

And it seems that no one knows anything about these people yet. Beware. And if they are just recruiters, better to avoid them and apply direct to institutions.

This doesn't inspire confidence in me in this organization. This part of the world is big on spending (or saying they're spending) big on XYZ - but the provider doesn't always come through but that part isn't put in newspapers or blogs.

They don't have a website that I have found yet they are at least 2 years old?, all the sites I accessed were stating that contracts had been signed but there was never any follow up articles or reports or any mention of the principals involved.

Be very careful and ask a lot of questions.
