Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of a school called World International English in Guangzhou?

I worked for World as a part time gig - they are all owned by the same company. While there all the teachers worked on tourist visas except for those of us that did it as a side job ( we had legal visas from our regular jobs).

It's high on the avoid list. teachers need to work back to back schedules - class ends at 2pm, next class starts at 2pm, no breaks for the teacher and the students complain if you start late and the school will say something to you if you start class late and make you end the next class at 5 minutes after the hour if you are late.

There were lots of issues with the visas and teachers being forced to live in school apartments that were dumps and the school paid the rent and deducted it and expenses from the salary. One of my friends said the school forged his name on the lease and rented his apartment for a year without his consent and took the money out of his monthly salary.

High turnover of foreigner teachers AND Chinese staff.
