|
|
Hello -- I am new to these forums and would like to know what the correct forum is to ask the ESL community if they have had any experience, good or bad, with particular schools which one is considering for application. Can you advise? Is adding a poll advisable?
The school of immediate inquiry is Englishtown, but I am also asking in general, because the question will arise again in future regarding other schools.
Thanks,
J. Alan Haggard

Probably in the country specific forum and that country does not have a forum of it's own, then the regional forum (eg, Thailand forum for Thai schools) but the Asia general forum for places like Malaysia (that do not have a forum of their own). |

In addition to the country/region forums, try googling the school. If there are other forums--for example, local/national ones--they will pop up. And you'll be able to see the school's own website. The level of professionalism, and of course the quality of the English, on their site can be big clues. And if they don't have a website, that's another clue.

Depends on the country, though. Putting your business up online isn't standard practice everywhere. |

In response to naturegirl321's inquiry, it is indeed the online teaching site
that I am asking about.
Thanks to everyone for their reponses. They have been quite helpful.
