Hey folks.

I will be living in Ibra and I have read that I will most likely not have access to a gym. That is ok with me, as long as I can build a home gym. Does anyone know where I can purchase gym equipment hopefully for a good price? I looked around online but didn't have any luck with shipping to Oman. Should I just plan on making a trip to a bigger city to purchase these things?

Thanks folks.

I suspect that it will take a trip to Muscat or maybe Dubai (?).

Muscat has several shops. I don't know what the quality is like, though.

The first, and easiest, choices for shopping when you're coming in from out of town are Seeb City Centre and Markaz Al Bahja malls.

Try City Centre, Carrefoure for cheaper quality products or Sun and Sand in the same Shopping centre for higher quality, more expensive items. You will find a reasonable range between the two outlets.

Or Muscat Sport (sorry, couldn't remember its name earlier). There's one in Markaz Al Bahja--a bit small. It's a chain, so you'll find it in various places.
