Prices vary according to the passport you carry. For Americans using agents in Shenzhen, a 2-year multiple-entry F visa with 60-day maximum duration each stay, and you can remain in China while the visa is being processed, goes for 5500 RMB. A 6-month multiple-entry F visa with 30-day maximum duration each stay goes for 1700 as of last June, price conceivably has gone up a little since then. I think people from the other major English-speaking countries generally pay a little less. You can deal with agents in Shenzhen by mail, but you might want to find one in Beijing, or at least closer to Beijing than Shenzhen. Take a look at the thread "F visa without 30-day runs", or something close to that; it is near the bottom of the second web page in this forum, China job-related. Someone mentioned an agent in Qingdao. |
