I worked for the public schools in Korea for a year and I am thinking about going to China. Does any one have experience working in Korea and China ?
1. Would I be better off working for the public schools in China or private schools?
2.Is the pay about the same as Korea (American dollars) and are you tax exempt?
3. Is there a chance that you can get screwed more by the schools in China compared to Korea?
4. Do you know of any good recruiters that place teachers in China?

Any information would be appreciated.

I think Korea pays better. But whereas the Koreans outright despise you, the Chinese just think you're kind of funny-looking, and wonder if they might make a buck from you.
