I'm trying to organise some of this for my students and looking to speak with anyone here who may be interested in taking part.

I think a big problem at least my students have is that they only speak English in class so when they are in a different environment with different people they lose the comfort of the surroundings they're used to being in when speaking English. I'm trying to give them experience of speaking to different people with different accents to better prepare them for random situations outside the class environment.

My groups are no bigger than 5 people and those I have in mind can speak about pretty much anything. They are all professionals, between 30 and 50 ish.

I thought of making contact with some teachers to organise logistics and possible topics.

Anyone interested?

I am looking for something very similar in Mexico, but for young learners (otherwise, I'd jump on it with you). Hopefully you get some responses.

Hi! I know that online conversation is a very good method of encouraging students. I have taught English online in return for French...and even if a student is reticent to talk, the live messaging is a good way to develop writing skills.
So let me know if you are still wanting to follow up?

Thanks!
Ali
