If one has already accepted a position but receives a second offer, at what point (with relation to visa processing)is it too late to reject the original offer? In other words, if one is scheduled to get the work visa processing finished before actually flying to Saudi at what point is it too late to turn down an offer due to Saudi already having your visa processed or in line to process?

And does 'visa washing' really work. If one turns down a position but there visa was already processed and he or she never physically enters Saudi, is it as simple as getting a new passport to avoid any problems?
