At this time of year, when the weather patterns are about to change, people tend to go a bit potty. It's not hot, it's not cold. The wind byuilds and dies, builds and dies again. It drives me crazy. There is something in the air. Has anyone noticed, or is it early days for you?

Living in a coastal city in southern Spain, we had the Levante - a wind that would blast through town a few times a month.
It was amazing - the whole town would get cranky. No more smiling faces - just P'd off people all round. And two days later when the wind was gone, good humours galore.
I didn't mind it so much - great kiting weather, and most people didn't even need a kite. All over the place you'd see little dogs flying into the air at the end of a leash.
As for this foul weather in GZ....
