I've heard rumours but cannot recall hearing it directly from someone who has done it.

If you have a Vietnamese WP and a temporary residency card, do you need a visa to visit Cambodia, or at least one of the border casinos?

It's been a long time since I have gone there and would like to get some up to date info like cost, visa on entry, etc.?

Do you plan to spend only the day at the casinos at Bavet or some such place?

You can buy a month-long tourist visa at the border for $20 (or a bit more with the customary bribe).
