Just a heads up for my Tokyo people. There are reports that TEPCO will start rolling blackouts in Tokyo starting tomorrow according to various news sources*. The most up to date info on TEPCO's website** only says that they will be able to avoid blackouts for today (03/13) with no further information (at least in English) for the week to come.

Please be prepared, and please don't worry too much.
