I am wrapping up a contract in China in June and will be spending a few months travelling SEA. Looking for any recommendations for any type of Martial Arts or Boxing schools in any part of Vietnam. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated! |

Actually I'd replace 'MMA' with 'grappling' when refering to K1. This component was limited when I last went, but since then they've changed venues and have some new instructors. Perhaps things have improved. |

I know quite a few people who have trained at K1 and apparently they are very good.
While we are on the subject of self defence I was just wondering if anyone knows of anyone in Saigon who instructs in Tong Long Kung Fu (Southern Praying Mantis style). I did it for a while back in Australia and would love to get back into it. If you happened to have heard of anything it be great to hear from you either by PM or on this thread. Many thanks. |

Good lookin out Sudz. Any idea what a one day drop in class would cost? Looks like a sweet facility, but their prices seem steep.
What is this Manor you mentioned?
I appreciate the info fellas! |

Don't know the current drop in rate, but the first lesson should be free (it was for me!) |
