Has anyone bypassed the expensive fees of the vet and gotten their import paper directly from the agricultural dept?
I'm told that I can arrange to have the import paper waiting for me at customs without going through a vet. Has anyone done so? From what I read it sounds simple enough but I would rather talk to someone who has experienced it.
