How well do these positions pay? I have just been offered a job at a university foundation program outside Turkey that pays the equivalent to US $48,000 and I was wondering if someone on this forum may be aware of an employer in Turkey that may offer a similar amount.

If that's net pay, you're not going to get that in Turkey. If it's gross, you might.
I'd say most prep jobs pay between 22,500 and 30,000 USD net. Wow, when I do the calculations, that looks pretty bad. The Lira's quite low at the moment...
