Is it possible to find IELTS examining work in Jakarta? Is IELTS popular in Indonesia?

Don't know for the first question... it will depend on whether you are already a certified IELTS examiner. Yes for the second question.
You could contact TBI in Jakarta (Central Java), and Australia Centre in Medan (North Sumatera). Sorry I don't have contact details to hand, but they both have web pages. They are both authorised testing centres for IELTS and will be able to answer your question/s directly. |

| There are two IELTS examining centres in Jakarta to my knowledge, IDP in South Jakarta and Indonesia Australia Language Foundation (IALF) in the centre. Contact people are Ms Rachmi for IDP and Richard Howells for IALF. |

Whoops! Sorry about that. I got confused. TBI is an authorised centre for the CELTA course. The info about Medan is correct though.  |
