| If you have read Carl's rant, rest assured! am at the very same college, in the very same room vacated and left in a disgusting state by this guy 'Carl'. i never heard of hodgkins or whatever it's called either.. the names of cancers do not come under the bracket of general knowledge i think. I would like to say I feel like i landed on my feet here, nowhere is perfect, but here the staff just let you teach as long as your students are happy with you. They are eager to help you and the student liason's are lovely, the students are great, apartments huge, the pay fair.. i'm sure i could come up with some minor negatives but i think for first time teachers who fear jumping in at the deep end with the british council breathing down your neck or other various hoops to jump through, this place is a gem! the biggest problem is the classes tend to be quite large and of mixed ability but you find methods that work. hui hua = more freedom, less pressure, and lovely staff... maybe they replaced some people. |
