Ok, I have spent hours using the search engine here and haven't found the answer to my question, so please don't assume i'm just lazy.

Can someone just simply tell me if Bell and EdEx have contracts to recruit for the same uni, namely KSU. So in otherwords if you apply with one, there is no point applying with the other?

It looks as if KSU is using multiple recruiters, plus recruiting on their own.
