Yeah, actually I was thinking of putting up my enemy used to be friend there. He's coming to Thailand. I wonder how long it would take?

There are many wonders to "The Land of Smiles", actually they're more anoyances. Like the idiot that drove 120 km down a street and hit a girl ripping her in half. The police didn't track him and arrest him. He was allowed to come to the police station, cool sunglasses, hood and all. The Lao mother is allowed a few 1000 US dollars in compensation. The family the driver is from is filthy rich.

Bedbug spray linked to Tourists deaths in Chiang Mai

A toxic bedbug spray may have contributed to the death of New Zealander Sarah Carter in Thailand.

The 23-year-old died in February while holidaying with friends in Chiang Mai.

Initial reports indicating toxic seaweed was to blame have since been discounted by the families, but investigations are ongoing.

A 60 Minutes investigation has revealed the hotel rooms had been sprayed with a potentially lethal toxin called pyrophus which has been banned from indoor use in some other countries.

he countrys TV3 60 Minutes reporters travelled to the Downtown Inn in Chiang Mai, Thailand where seven tourists including Edmontonian Bill Mah died after staying overnight or using the facilities of the hotel since January.

The investigation found nearly all of the deaths have been linked to myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart, suspected to have been caused by food or water contamination.

The station conducted an undercover probe, where reporters posed as hotel guests, and secretly the took samples from the room where New Zealand tourist Sarah Carter, 23, died.

Lab test results found small traces of the insecticide chlorpyrifos (CY) inside the room a chemical that can be used to rid of bed bugs.

Before leaving for Chiang Mai, 'Sixty Minutes' spoke to a New Zealand scientist who suspected insecticide poisoning.

''I think she's been killed by an overzealous sprayer who has been acting on the instructions of the hotel owner to deal with the bed bugs,'' chemical expert Dr Ron McDowall, who works for the United Nations cleaning up toxic rubbish dumps, was quoted as saying on the site 3news.co.nz.

They still have not figured out what kind of chemical killed the tourists. The original chemical they focused on it turns wasn't responsible.
