Hi there, I am just wondering if you know the average universities salary in Kuwait?

I have been interviewed and was asked to do face-to-face interview, and they did not mention the salary till this point, they said when I do the last interview, they will discuss the salary.

Right now, teachers at Kuwait University with fewer than 8 years at university level make about KD1400 a month. Housing is included in that.
I think there is still a one-time housing allowance of about KD2000, but part of that has to be paid back if you stay fewer than four years. Supposedly, the pay will rise to about 1570 a month on April 20. In addition to the salary, there is a round-trip ticket to the point of hire at the end of each school year and a gratuity that works out to about KD300 a year at the end of the contract. The workload is 10-15 contact hours a week, depending on which college you work in. There are about three and a half months paid vacation a year, plus public holidays.
