I have searched the depths of Google (Dave's search function is not working for me, again) and I only find very conflicting information on how women should dress in the workplace in Thailand.
Some sites have said no pants, only skirts that hit the knee; other say no skirts at all. I've also read that a woman's arms should be covered, but then I read something that said a 3/4 sleeve or cap sleeve is okay.
I realize I can find a lot of this out when I go there, but as I'm not built like a Thai woman I'd like to bring a few outfits over with me to start with.
When I Google "Thai business attire" or "Thai women's fashion," I'm met with a lot of strange results - either club clothes or traditional Thai dresses. Anyone who has been there know the trick here? Please help.

I work in a Thai school (not a language academy).

The teachers here typically wear skirts to around the knee (usually just above the knee), dresses or pant suits.

They do NOT wear sleeveless tops (no spaghetti straps - save them for the beach). Short sleeves are fine.

One thing of note here, tops typically do not show cleavage but they have no problem showing leg.

I'll take some photos today and upload them for you.

Tttompatz, you have helped me so much in the last few months. Thank you so much. If I end up somewhere near your hood in Thailand one day, I would love to buy you several drinks!
