Anybody know what I'm doing wrong trying to dial Jeddah from abroad. I'm trying to contact the Recruitment unit at KAU and am dialing +966 2 695 2000 just as it is stated in their contact info but it does not work.
I know it did work about 2 months ago. But about a month ago I dialed the same number and got a message saying i had to "add a 1" before the number. Tried adding a "1" before the 2 after the 2, instead of the 2 but nothing seemed to work. Gave up and just sent them an email.
Now I need to call them again and the number does not work. No message about adding a "1" either.
Any Jeddah residents in the know?
Thanks! |

Forget about calling; it's best to use email. It's Ramadan, so there's no guarantee their office phones are manned. Besides, the norm in KSA is to use cell phones---even for business purposes. |
