Don't believe the hype. About two or three times a week, I come home from work only to discover that the time on my microwave isn't the same as the battery operated wall clock. The variances between the times are shorter, but yes, power cuts are still occurring.

I guess some people still DO believe the lies from the Ministry of Propoganda. The electricity cuts are only a figmant of the imagination- they don't really happen at all! Yes, true, and I almost saw a fairy in my garden.

Over here in district 3 we have not had power shut down for a week or two. We had it briefly go out yesterday, but it came right back up. Right now, I am hoping for the best. One of the guys out in the boonies says it goes down all the time out there due to selling power to Cambodia. Your mileage, as always, may vary.

Its true- They DO sell it to Cambodia fro US$, whilst their own countrymen sweat it out in the heat and watch the contents of their fridges go bad. Got to get the priorities right, hey?.
But the government wouldn't do that to their own people, would they?

In Q8 there have been a lot of power outages over the last few days. Most not lasting long but one did last over 12 hours.
