Trying to figure out where to live next year, and thought I'd start getting some ideas. So if you know a neighborhood, awesome Realtor, or any other helpful tips on relocating please advise.

I work on the edge of D.5 and D.1 by the Nguyen Van Cu bridge to D. 4.

I currently pay 700usd/m (too much!) for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place.

My partner and I are looking for something 500usd/m or less. 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms.

Here's the problem- I really, really, like to have a bathtub, it's pretty much non-negotiable. Call me picky.

I've been looking into D 7 but, but not too keen on sky garden and new saigon is a bit far.

Anyone live in Nam Long that wants to testify?

I want access to SOME green space, and close-by amenities. Not picky if it's a 'Western' or 'Vietnamese' area, but I do like a fairly modern, very clean apartment.

any help would be great!

I currently live in one of the Hung Vuong complexes in D7. They're near Sky Garden, but have a lot more green area and shady places to sit. It also doesn't have the creepy "concrete skyscrapers" feel that Sky Gardens has.
I pay $400/month for a 2bed 1bath, but it doesn't have as bathtub. It's a pretty decent apartment, not as ritzy as Sky Garden, but a lot nicer than most of the Vietnamese apartments I've seen. I'm sure there are units with a bathtub within the complex.

I LOVE my real estate agent. She's incredibly helpful, super honest, fully understands my needs, and nearly fluent in English. If you'd like her contact info, send me a PM.
