A realtor is an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate/real property and attempts to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. The expats in VN who are able to buy real estate are a rather narrow slice of the expat group, not necessarily because of financial reasons, but because of governmental restrictions, as well as common sense aversion to playing in such an opaque market. If indeed you are seeking to buy property here, finding your intermediary is likely not your largest concern in this arena. Please confirm you are attempting to purchase property (as opposed to renting/leasing) so that your responses are relevant to your true goal.

Thank-you kindly Mr. Dictionary. My experiences in the renting/buying arena have been limited, I must admit.

I am in need of a person with the ability to find, and show places that are available to rent.

I do search in fact for a "Rental Property Agent"!

Does one know of such a person? One recommendable of course. It is my true goal to find an abode that I can pay a monthly fee for. Preferably in District 7. Preferably near trees.
