Will all the providers be ending their contracts in Abu Dhabi this year. Will ADEC be taking over completely? |

Yup.
Come the next couple of months there will be hoards of UAE-based teachers looking for new posts.
I would imagine a lot of them will be off to Turkey. 40,000 new teachers required there in September |

Not ALL contracts are ending, but most have been dramatically reduced. There are still some high school positions with contractors, but ADEC are employing licensed teachers directly, so if you have a teaching qualification from your home country you can earn more money and stay.
Next year will see another dramatic reduction or end from most contractors to ADEC. |
