Hi, I was wondering if anyone might know about which mobile phone networks have coverage in Ecuador in particular, and Latin America in general. I have subsequently found out that there are 2 networks : Bell South, and Porta??. Bell South does offer coverage in 11 Latin American countries, including global roaming and webphone or something where you use the internet to telephone and it costs less. I didn't find out anything about the other network... hope someone else finds this useful...
