Hi Everyone,
I am currently in Taiwan but staying between hostels and hotels.
I have a teaching position that starts in August but I would like to get an apartment for just a couple months to carry me through June & July so that I can avoid the overpriced hostels and hotels I have been staying at.
Until I start work, I won't have an ARC... is it legal for someone in my situation to rent accommodation, even if only on a short term lease?
Am I going to run into a brick wall? What is the best course of action?
